As a poet, I’m interested in questions of perception, intimacy, self-fashioning, spaces as sensual sites, deep time, gathering and undoing, loss, labour, emergence & transformation. I often work with (and believe in) collaborative language practices and reciprocal forms of education, including reading groups and placemaking initiatives

I’ve contributed poetry, essays and exhibition texts to C Magazine, YYZ Artists’ Outlet, carteblanche, The Capilano Review, School of Art Gallery (Winnipeg), and elsewhere. Currently I teach an undergraduate seminar on the intersections between poetry, performance & social movements at the University of Toronto.
